• Participate in features such as the Dump Bin, promotions, Premium Vendor areas, seller dashboards, reviews, ratings, search tools, and other services introduced over time.
Buy Sell Diecast may offer and sell its own products directly through the platform. However, many products listed on the marketplace are offered by independent third-party sellers and vendors.
Unless a listing clearly identifies Buy Sell Diecast as the seller, Buy Sell Diecast is not the seller of that item. We provide the marketplace, technology, payment process, and supporting services that help buyers and sellers connect, complete transactions, and keep the diecast community rolling.

• Third-party sellers are responsible for product condition, packaging, shipping, order fulfillment, and delivery preparation unless a listing or Buy Sell Diecast policy clearly states otherwise.
• Buyers are responsible for carefully reviewing the listing description, photographs, condition notes, price, shipping information, and seller details before completing a purchase.
• Buy Sell Diecast may help facilitate payments, order processing, seller tools, customer service, and general marketplace support.
• Buy Sell Diecast may review and assist with disputes, suspicious activity, seller concerns, buyer concerns, payment issues, and possible policy violations.
When necessary, Buy Sell Diecast may remove a listing, restrict or suspend a seller, cancel an order, issue a refund, hold a payout, or take other reasonable action to protect buyers, sellers, the platform, and the Buy Sell Diecast community.
Think of us as the track keeping everything connected—but buyers and sellers are still responsible for keeping their own cars in their lanes.

5. BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES
Buying diecast should be exciting, whether you’re picking up a daily favorite or finally landing that hard-to-find grail. To help every transaction go smoothly, buyers are expected to review each purchase carefully and use the marketplace responsibly.
When purchasing through Buy Sell Diecast, buyers agree to:
• Read the complete listing before making a purchase.
• Review all available photographs, descriptions, and condition details. Collectors know even the corners of the card can matter!
• Confirm whether the item is new, used, opened, carded, loose, damaged, customized, restored, or otherwise modified before purchasing.
• Provide a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address.
• Pay all required charges, including the item price, shipping costs, taxes, and any applicable fees.
• Contact Buy Sell Diecast Support if there is a problem with an order.
• Report delivery, condition, damage, missing-item, or other order-related problems within 7 days after the order is delivered.
• Use refunds, chargebacks, disputes, reviews, and buyer-protection processes honestly and only for legitimate concerns.
• Never make false or misleading claims about non-delivery, damage, item condition, seller behavior, shipping problems, or any other part of a transaction.
Buyers are expected to communicate honestly, patiently, and respectfully with sellers, vendors, Buy Sell Diecast Support, and other members of the community.

By selling through Buy Sell Diecast, sellers agree to:
• Provide accurate listing titles, photographs, descriptions, brands, models, condition details, and search keywords.
• Only list products they own or are legally authorized to sell.
• Never list stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, illegal, misleading, or otherwise prohibited products.
• Never falsely identify or advertise an item as a Treasure Hunt, Super Treasure Hunt, Chase, rare variation, error, exclusive, limited edition, prototype, official release, or other special item unless that description is accurate.
• Use clear, current, and authentic photographs of the actual product whenever required by the platform.
• Never use stolen photographs, misleading stock images, or copyrighted images without the owner’s permission.
• Ship completed orders within 48 hours unless Buy Sell Diecast has approved a different arrangement.
• Package every order carefully and securely to protect the item during shipping. A loose car bouncing around inside a box is not the kind of chase collectors signed up for.
• Respond to questions or requests from buyers and Buy Sell Diecast within a reasonable amount of time.
• Honor completed sales unless there is a legitimate issue reviewed and approved by Buy Sell Diecast.
• Pay all applicable seller fees, Premium Vendor fees, transaction fees, subscription fees, and other charges associated with using the platform.
• Follow all seller policies, marketplace rules, shipping requirements, packaging standards, and quality expectations established by Buy Sell Diecast.
Buy Sell Diecast may remove listings, cancel or restrict selling privileges, hold payouts, request additional identity or account verification, or suspend a seller who violates these requirements or creates a risk for the marketplace.
Keep the listings honest, the packaging secure, and the deals rolling smoothly.

7. PREMIUM VENDORS
Buy Sell Diecast may offer a Premium Vendor program for sellers who want additional tools, visibility, and opportunities to grow their presence within the diecast community.
Depending on the features currently available, Premium Vendors may receive benefits such as:
• A Premium Vendor badge displayed on their storefront or listings.
• Placement within the Premium Vendor carousel or other areas of the Buy Sell Diecast homepage.
• A reduced seller fee percentage.
• Access to additional seller tools and storefront features.
• Increased storefront visibility throughout the platform.
• Opportunities to participate in Buy Sell Diecast promotions or advertising.
• Access to expanded analytics, reporting, or performance information.
• The ability to create discounts, coupons, sales, or special promotions when those features are available.
Premium Vendor status provides additional opportunities, but it does not guarantee:
• A specific number of sales.
• A specific amount of traffic or storefront visits.
• Permanent or guaranteed placement on the homepage or within a carousel.
• A particular search position or ranking.
• Buyer interest in particular listings or products.
• Inclusion in every Buy Sell Diecast advertisement or promotional campaign.
• Continued Premium Vendor approval if the seller no longer meets platform standards.
A Premium Vendor badge may add a little extra horsepower, but it is not a magic accelerator. Product quality, pricing, customer service, accurate listings, and seller reputation still matter.
Premium Vendors must continue to follow all seller requirements, listing rules, packaging standards, shipping expectations, quality requirements, and marketplace policies.
Buy Sell Diecast may suspend or remove Premium Vendor status if a seller violates platform standards, fails to pay required fees, receives repeated or serious complaints, misuses the Premium Vendor badge or benefits, or otherwise harms the buyer experience or Buy Sell Diecast community.
Buy Sell Diecast may offer a Premium Vendor program for sellers who want additional tools, visibility, and opportunities to grow their presence within the diecast community.

8. SELLER FEES AND PREMIUM VENDOR FEES
Buy Sell Diecast may charge sellers certain fees for accessing and using the platform’s selling tools, marketplace services, and Premium Vendor features. We believe sellers should understand the numbers before making a sale—no mystery math hiding under the blister card.
Seller fees may include:
• Standard marketplace selling fee: 10% of the sale.
• Premium Vendor marketplace selling fee: 8.97% of the sale.
• Premium Vendor monthly subscription fee: [Insert Monthly Premium Vendor Fee, if applicable].
• Payment-processing fees: [Insert whether these fees are passed through to the seller or included].
• Refund, chargeback, or dispute-related fees: [Insert if applicable].
• Optional promotional feature fees: [Insert if applicable].
Applicable fees may be deducted directly from a seller’s payout or charged separately.
By accessing or using Buy Sell Diecast seller features, sellers understand and agree that:
• Applicable fees may be collected automatically.
• Fees may be deducted from the transaction before the remaining payout is released to the seller.
• Premium Vendor subscription fees may be charged on a recurring basis.
• Failure to pay required fees may result in account restrictions, suspended selling privileges, or removal from the Premium Vendor program.
• Buy Sell Diecast may update or change its fees after providing notice to affected sellers.
• Continued use of the platform after a fee change takes effect means the seller accepts the updated fee structure.
At its discretion, Buy Sell Diecast may waive, discount, adjust, or modify fees as part of a promotion, special program, testing period, or individual seller arrangement.
The goal is simple: clear fees, fair expectations, and more time focused on the cars.

9. PRODUCT LISTINGS
Every listing on Buy Sell Diecast must be accurate, clear, and honest. Buyers should know exactly what they’re purchasing—surprises are great in the Dump Bin, but not in product descriptions.
Sellers may not create or publish listings that:
• Misrepresent the product, its identity, condition, value, authenticity, or included contents.
• Hide, minimize, or intentionally fail to disclose damage, defects, missing parts, card wear, packaging damage, repairs, or modifications.
• Use false or misleading claims about rarity, value, condition, or collectability.
• Include misleading, deceptive, or inaccurate search keywords.
• Use unrelated brand names, models, characters, or product names simply to attract additional search traffic.
• Use copyrighted photographs, artwork, or other protected content without permission.
• Use photographs belonging to another seller or business without permission.

• The seller remains fully responsible for the accuracy, honesty, and completeness of the listing, even when an AI tool helped create it.

• Not contain offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language.
• Not be repeated excessively or used for keyword stuffing.
• Not be used to manipulate search rankings or gain an unfair advantage over other sellers.

• The photograph does not intentionally hide damage, wear, flaws, defects, missing parts, or other condition concerns.
• Buy Sell Diecast may display the photograph on the website, marketplace pages, product listings, search results, seller storefronts, promotional sections, emails, social media previews, and other related platform features.
